How do I know which concepts within any of the products apply to me? 

All content within all Power Planning LLC products is for educational purposes. None of the information within is to be considered a direct recommendation, legal counsel, tax, investment or personal advice. Please consult with a fiduciary and a licensed tax, legal and investment professional for tailored advice.

 

Can I change or add something to my order after placing it?

Due to the way we process incoming orders, we are unable combine new requests or add products to your order; please make a second order with any items you wanted additionally.

 

How do I schedule my Accountability Check Ins? 

At purchase, you will be prompted to schedule your first Check In Call. After you have completed the first call, Tanya will email you a direct link to book the remaining 2 calls.

 

I'm trying to purchase the Accountability Check Ins but I'm getting an error message? 

Accountability Check In's are only available to customers that purchase The Power Planner. You MUST purchase at least 1 power planner to be eligible for this service. 

 

Is Power Planning available to attend events as a vendor? 

Yes, we are available to booth at events. In addition, our founder is available to book as a keynote speaker or to host a workshop. Please contact powerplanningllc@gmail.com for more information. 

 

 

What is the refund policy?

Power Planning LLC does not offer any refunds or exchanges. All items are ​FINAL SALE​. Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 5 days of the tracking number stating it was delivered along with photo evidence. Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment. If there are any problems with your order please contact us at powerplanningllc@gmail.com

 

Shipping Policy

Due to the high volume of orders, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed in 3-5  business days which excludes weekends and holidays. 

 

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with USPS.  
USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

**NOTE : These are only estimates. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please keep in mind, USPS is experiencing many delays due to low employment, high volume & COVID.

 

Power Planning LLC is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be cancelled & refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped, there is a $10 re-shipment fee.
